These Terms govern your use of رصيد (Rasid), a customer follow-up and payment tracking service (the "Service"). By creating an account you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and, if applicable, the business you represent ("Organization").
Each Organization's data is isolated from every other Organization's. You're responsible for the accuracy of the customer and payment data you enter, for keeping your login credentials secure, and for who you invite into your Organization and what role you give them (manager, admin, agent).
Use the Service only for legitimate business follow-up and payment tracking. Don't use it to store data you don't have the right to store, to harass customers, or to attempt to access another Organization's data.
You own the customer and payment data you enter. We store it to provide the Service and don't sell it. Some AI features send a de-identified summary of your data (amounts, statuses, follow-up timing — not customer names or phone numbers) to a third-party AI provider to generate suggestions; see our Privacy Policy for details.
Paid plans, when available, are billed through our payment provider, who also handles applicable tax. You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. On request, we'll provide a reasonable window to export your data before deletion.
The Service is provided "as is." We work to keep it reliable and your data safe, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months before a claim.
We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. Material changes will be communicated in advance.
